You should be proficient in instructing and spotting basic techniques, including:
- Forward and backward roll variations (utilizing wedges and floor space)
- Handstands, wall-supported drills, and foundational hold techniques
- Cartwheels and single-arm variations on specialized mats and lines
- Bridges, bridge rocking, supported kickovers, and walkover entries
- Athletic jumps, core shapes (tuck, pike, straddle), and balance work
- Creative obstacle circuits designed for coordination and flexibility
You will also:
- Manage the setup and storage of mats, beams, and training equipment
- Lead active warm-ups, deep stretching, and strength circuits
- Provide athletes with constructive, age-appropriate encouragement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure training environment

- Mastered dive rolls and controlled forward/backward rolls
- Advanced handstand work, including snap-downs, walks, and sustained holds
- High-quality round-offs and crisp one-arm cartwheels
- Fluid bridges, kickovers, and walkovers (front and back) with expert alignment
- Safe progressions for front and back handsprings using proper spotting techniques
- Successive tumbling series (e.g., round-off into back handspring or walkover sequences)
- Dynamic vertical jumps, aerial awareness, and secure landing protocols
Qualified candidates are expected to:
