At Supernova, we ignite passion for cheerleading in every athlete. Our Tiny Novice path introduces young stars to fundamental motions and chants in a nurturing environment. All Star Prep elevates skills through stunting and choreographed routines for local stages, while our Stomp & Shake squads deliver high-octane rhythmic performance at every competition. We are dedicated to building confidence, teamwork, and spirit in every cheerleader.

Our Cheer Squads
Tiny Novice
Tiny Novice Competitive Cheer (Ages 3–6)
Our Tiny Novice team is the perfect introduction to competitive cheer for our youngest athletes. Athletes will learn basic motions, simple chants, jumps, and beginning tumbling in a fun, upbeat setting. Practices focus on listening skills, teamwork, and building confidence while preparing a short routine to perform at beginner-level events. With lots of encouragement and age-appropriate expectations, Tiny Novice athletes get a taste of the competition experience without the pressure.
*Everyone makes a team
*Practice 1 time per week for 1 hour
* 2-3 local Performances
* 3-4 Competitions per season
All Star Prep
All Star Prep Cheer (Ages 6–18)
Our All Star Prep team is designed for athletes who want the excitement of competitive cheer with a more flexible commitment. Athletes learn stunts, jumps, motions, and tumbling while building strong technique and teamwork. Practices focus on clean, age‑appropriate routines, performance skills, and confidence on the mat. All Star Prep athletes perform and compete at select events, making it a great next step for those moving up from beginner teams or trying competitive cheer for the first time.
*1-2 Practices per week for 1.5 hours)
*2-3 Local Peformances
*3-4 Competitions per season
* Levels 1 & 2
* Evaluation is needed to see base skill level EVERY athlete will be placed on a team. Teams will be determined by level and age.
Stomp and Shake
Stomp & Shake Competitive Cheer (Grades 7th-12th)
Our Stomp & Shake team brings powerful, sideline-style energy to the competition floor. Athletes learn strong, sharp motions, loud chants, and rhythmic footwork that focus on attitude, precision, and crowd engagement. Practices emphasize timing, projection, and confidence, with routines built around call-and-response, claps, and stomps that keep the audience involved from start to finish. This program is perfect for athletes who love big energy, bold performance, and leading the crowd with spirit and swagger.
*2-3 practices per week (1.5-2 hours)
*3-4 local Performances
*2-3 Competitions (out of state) per season
*Tryouts are required to make the stomp and shake competitive team. Athletes will have time to work on tryout material before evaluations.
